1. Who’s who

This agreement covers everything about your 5-day website project — what we’ll build, what it costs, and how the process works.

2. What you get

We build you a professional, mobile-friendly website in 5 business days. Here’s what’s included:

  • A 4-page website (typically Home, About, Services, and Contact — you choose the pages in your Project Brief)
  • A custom design based on the style you pick during the briefing process
  • All your text, images, and logo placed into the site
  • A standard contact form
  • Ongoing hosting and maintenance, billed quarterly: $99/month for a static site or $137.50/month for WordPress

What’s not part of this package

We don’t write your content for you (you provide the text), and the package doesn’t include logo design, online shopping, domain registration, stock photography, or advanced SEO. If you need any of these, we’re happy to quote them separately.

3. What it costs

The total cost for your website is $2,640.00 AUD (including GST), split into two payments:

Final balance (before we make it live)
$1,870.00 incl. GST

The deposit is paid when you sign this agreement. It’s non-refundable because it reserves your place in our schedule and covers the initial design work.

The final balance is due after we’ve finished building your site, before we connect it to your live domain.

If extras are added during the project (for example, a 5th page or SEO), the final balance will be adjusted to include them. We’ll always confirm any additional costs with you first.

4. How it works

The whole process runs over 5 business days once we have everything we need from you. Here’s the timeline:

Step 1 — You book in. Sign this agreement and pay the $770 deposit.
Step 2 — You brief us. Complete our online Project Brief with your content (text, images, logo) and design preferences. The 5-day clock starts the next business day after we receive your completed brief.
Step 3 — We design (Days 1–2). We create a draft design for your homepage and one interior page, and share it with you for feedback.
Step 4 — You give us feedback. Let us know what you think. We’ll make one round of adjustments based on your comments.
Step 5 — We build (Days 3–4). We build the full 4-page site on a private preview link so you can see it all working.
Step 6 — You review (Day 5). We send you the preview link. You can request one round of minor text or image changes.
Step 7 — You pay the final balance. We send you the final invoice. You pay it through our secure payment link.
Step 8 — We go live. Once payment clears, we connect your site to your domain. Your new website is live within one business day.

5. What we need from you

This is a fast-turnaround service, so we need your help to keep things moving:

  • Your content: Please provide all text, images, and your logo through the Project Brief before we start. We can’t begin building until we have your materials.
  • Your feedback: When we send you designs or the preview link, please respond within one business day so we can stay on schedule.

What happens if there’s a delay

If we’re waiting on content or feedback for more than a business day, we’ll need to pause your project and move on to the next client in our schedule. When you’re ready to continue, we’ll book you into our next available slot. There’s no penalty — we just need to reschedule.

6. Changes and extras

The package includes one round of design feedback (Step 4) and one round of minor content tweaks (Step 6). That’s usually plenty for a 4-page site.

If you’d like something beyond the original scope — an extra page, online booking, a logo — we’re happy to help. We’ll give you a separate quote for the additional work and schedule it after your main site is finished and live. This keeps your 5-day build on track.

7. Who owns what

While the project is in progress, the design and code belong to us. Once you’ve paid the final balance in full, the finished website is yours.

We’d like to show your site in our portfolio (on our website and social media) as an example of our work. If you’d prefer we didn’t, just let us know.

8. If things don’t work out

If you need to cancel before we’ve started building, the deposit isn’t refundable (it covered the design work and your reserved slot), but you won’t owe anything more.

If you cancel after the build has started, we’ll invoice for the work completed up to that point, up to the full project cost.

If we need to cancel for any reason, we’ll refund everything you’ve paid us. No questions asked.

9. A few more things

  • Our total responsibility under this agreement is capped at what you’ve paid us ($2,640). We’re not responsible for issues with your domain, hosting, or third-party tools after launch.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • Hosting and maintenance is a separate ongoing service, billed quarterly in advance. You can cancel hosting with 30 days’ notice.
