2. Add-Ons (Email, Domain, SEO, Maintenance)

The $20 domain option secures a custom web address (e.g., yourbusiness.com) for one year. Free domains from DIY platforms often include their branding (e.g., yourbusiness.wix.com). Our domain is fully yours, boosting professionalism.
The $600 SEO package includes keyword research and on-page optimization to improve your Google ranking over 3–6 months. All sites get basic SEO, but the package targets specific keywords (e.g., “landscaper Melbourne”) to attract more customers. Rankings depend on competition and are not guaranteed.

The $102/month maintenance covers hosting, updates, security, and backups. Without hosting, your site goes offline because hosting is necessary for the public to view the site. The update service we offer is for unlimited changes to the content of the site e.g. new photos, a special offer or address changes. Changes to the design framework of the site are not included.
Additional email addresses and SEO can be added later but the domain and at least one email address are needed for the website to function properly for your business.
3. Process and Timeline
Our 5-day process is easy: Day 1, submit the Client Intake Form at smartwebpro.com.au/contact, sign the contract, and pay the deposit ($1,112.13). Day 3, review the prototype and give feedback. Day 5, approve the final site and pay remaining fees. We handle design and setup!

You will get an email with a contract to sign and a deposit payment link ($1,112.13).
After signing, track progress via your private client page on our website at a link we provide in our confirmation email.
By Day 3, review the prototype; by Day 5, your site is live after final approval.
We use three contracts (deposit, design, final) to clarify each payment’s purpose and to protect both parties. Signing is quick via a digital signature, ensuring transparency for your $2,892 project (e.g., $1,112.13 deposit). All terms are clear in each contract.
Your client page (e.g. smartwebpro.com.au/client-x) is a private dashboard to track your project, view prototypes, and submit feedback. Log in with credentials sent after the deposit. A password provides privacy and security.
On Day 3, log into your panel on our website, e.g. smartwebpro.com.au/client-x, to review your prototype via a Feedback Form. Submit changes (one free revision included). If you’re unhappy, we’ll work with you to fix it. Contact operations@smartwebpro.com.au for extra revisions ($100/hour) after the initial two.
Your website goes live on Day 5 after final approval and payment ($889.86). “Live” means its accessible online (e.g., https://www.mybusiness.com.au). You can share it with customers immediately.
4. Payments and Costs
The total payment, e.g. $2600, is split deposit ($1,040.00, 40%), design ($780.00, 30%), final ($780.00, 30%)to spread costs and align with our 5-day process (intake, prototype, launch). This makes payments manageable and ensures quality at each step. The invoiced payments will already include GST.
Missing a payment (e.g., deposit or design) will pause your project. We will send reminders via email. If unpaid after 7 days, we may cancel with written notice and you would be invoiced for work completed. Contact operations@smartwebpro.com.au to resolve issues.
No hidden fees! The initial contract specifies the $2,600 for your website with a monthly fee (hosting, maintenance and updates) of $99 incl GST after going live. Add-ons (email $72, domain $20, SEO $600) total $2,892 if selected. Stripe fees ( 3%) are included in quotes.
We use Stripe for secure credit card payments. Bank transfers are possible contact operations@smartwebpro.com.au to arrange. Cheques are not accepted due to processing delays. All payments are outlined in your Xero invoice.
Xero invoices confirm your payments (deposit, design, final) and include the signed contract. You don’t need to act on them; just pay via the Stripe link in our emails. Invoices are for your records and our accounting.
5. Technical Concerns
No coding needed! Your static HTML site is fully managed by us during creation. Post-delivery, your $102/month covers all maintenance or content changes you wish to make to the site. Email operations@smartwebpro.com.au if you have any questions.

6. SEO and Online Visibility

SEO keywords are terms customers search (e.g., “dry cleaners Ivanhoe”). Our $600 SEO package researches keywords tailored to your business. You can suggest preferences in the Final Approval Form on Day 5, or we will recommend based on your industry.

7. Chatbot Interaction

8. Post-Delivery and Support

After 3 months you will receive your first quarterly hosting/maintenance invoice along with charges for any additional optional services e.g. SEO.

9. Trust and Credibility
SmartWebPro is a registered Australian business name of JD Stride Pty Ltd. We have been in operation since 1999 (then called The LAD Website Services Pty Ltd and rebranded as JD Stride Pty Ltd in 2021). SmartWebPro was commenced in 2025 to target a different market segment to the parent company that specialises in larger scale corporate services.
If unhappy on Day 5, use the Final Approval Form to request changes (one free revision). We will work to meet your needs. If still dissatisfied, contact operations@smartwebpro.com.au to discuss solutions. Refunds are at our discretion per the contract. If your requirements are more than this service can provide, our parent can accommodate almost any website requirement. Greater complexity obviously imply higher costs for the time and expertise involved.
