Our Process

How It Works

From first enquiry to live website — here’s exactly what happens at each stage.

Submit Your Details

Fill out our quick questionnaire to give us the minimum information we need to start your website.

Sign the Contract

Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive an email with a link to a contract. Click the link and sign digitally as instructed.

Pay the Deposit

Once the contract is signed, you’ll receive another email with a link to our payment gateway to pay the initial deposit of $1,000.

Review Your Draft

After 2 days you’ll receive an email with a link to view your test website. Your portal will have instructions for giving us design feedback and requesting changes.

Revisions & Approval

Once your requested changes are actioned, you’ll receive an email asking you to approve or request further tweaks. Additional charges may apply after the second round of revisions.

Second Payment

Once the general design is approved, you’ll receive a link to pay the second payment of $770 incl GST. After confirmation, we complete your website.

Final Build & Balance

We’ll email you when the site is finished. After any minor tweaks, you’ll receive the final invoice — including SEO (if selected) and the first 3 months of hosting & maintenance.

Go Live!

On confirmation of final payment, we publish your site to your domain. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll register your chosen domain and set up email at this stage.

Ongoing hosting & maintenance from $99/month (static) or $137.50/month (WordPress), billed quarterly.
