How It Works

Our Website Design Process

Step 1 : Fill out the form below to give us the minimum information we need to start your website.

Step 2 : Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to a contract. Click the link and sign the contact digitally as instructed.

Step 3 : Once the contract is signed, you will receive another email with a link to a payment gateway to pay the initial deposit of $1000.

Step 4 : After 2 days you will receive another email with a link to our website. Follow the instructions in the email to view your test website. There will instructions in your panel for giving us feedback on the design and the changes you would like to make to the design.

Step 5 : Once any changes you requested are actioned, you will receive another email advising the changes have been made and asking you to approve or advise new changes. There may be additional charges for changes after the second round of alterations.

Step 6 : Once the general design has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay the second payment of $770 incl GST. After payment confirmation, we will complete your website.

Step 7 : We will send an email when we have finished the site. After any minor changes, you will receive an email with a link to make the final payment – the balance of the contract. Our final invoice will also include the cost of the SEO (if selected) and the first 3 months of website hosting and maintenance. After the site goes live, there will be an ongoing hosting and maintenance charge, paid quarterly, at the monthly rate of $99 for a static site or $137.50 for a WordPress site.

Step 8: On confirmation the final payment has been made, we publish your site to your domain. If you don’t have a domain, this is the time we will register your chosen domain and setup email.
