Arrive ready – your build will be better for it
You don’t need to have everything perfect before you sign up. But spending a little time thinking about your site before the 5-day clock starts means we can hit the ground running — and you’ll love the result even more.
🎨 Think about how you want your site to feel
You don’t need to be a designer. Just start noticing what appeals to you. When you fill in your Project Brief, we’ll ask about your preferred style — and the more you’ve thought about it, the faster that conversation goes.
Things worth considering:
- Colours — do you already have brand colours, or are you open to suggestions? Are you drawn to bold and vibrant, or calm and muted?
- Atmosphere — should your site feel professional and corporate, warm and approachable, creative and energetic, or clean and minimal?
- Fonts — do you prefer modern sans-serif type (like this site), or something with more personality?

🔗 Collect 2–3 websites you like
These don’t have to be in your industry. If you like how a restaurant’s site looks, or a tech company’s layout, that tells us a lot about your taste. When you fill in the brief, there’s a space to paste these URLs.
For each one, try to notice what you like about it — is it the colours? The layout? The photography style? The way it feels when you scroll? You don’t need to write an essay — even “I like the clean feel of this one” is helpful.
📋 Start gathering your content
The briefing form will ask you to upload text, images, and your logo. You don’t need it all polished — rough drafts are fine. But having these things ready means your build starts on Day 1, not Day “whenever the content arrives.”
- Your logo — the highest resolution version you have (PNG or SVG preferred). If you don’t have a logo yet, let us know — we can recommend options.
- Photos — images of your business, team, products, or premises. Real photos always outperform stock images, but we can source stock if needed.
- Text for each page — even bullet points or rough notes are useful. Think about what you’d say if someone asked “what does your business do?” at a barbecue.
- Business details — your ABN, business address, phone number, and email address.
- Testimonials — any reviews, quotes from clients, or Google reviews you’d like featured.
- Your domain name — if you already own one (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au). If not, we can help you register one.
- Social media links — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other profiles you want linked from the site.
None of this is compulsory before you book — but the more you bring to the table, the stronger your site will be from Day 1.
Kickoff & Strategy
We review your brief, define your goals, and lock in your style direction. By the end of Day 1, we have everything we need to start designing.
Submit the brief questionnaire (takes about 10 minutes).
Design
We build your homepage and core page layouts in your chosen style. You’ll see real pages taking shape — not wireframes or mockups.
Nothing — we’re heads down building.
Build & Content
All pages are developed and your copy, images, and brand assets are integrated. The site starts to feel complete.
Nothing — unless we need a specific image or detail from you.
Review & Refine
You’ll receive a link to preview your site. Tell us what you love, what to tweak, and we’ll action your feedback the same day.
Review the preview and share your feedback (takes about 15 minutes).
Launch
Your site goes live on your domain — polished, fast, and ready to convert. We handle DNS, SSL, and everything technical so you don’t have to.
Approve the final version. That’s it — you’re live.
After Launch — We Don’t Disappear
Your site is live, but we’re still here. Content updates are included at no extra cost, and your hosting and maintenance are covered.
